This exhibition covers commercial bakery technology and commercial kitchen equipment and raw materials. If you are a commercial kitchen owner you must visit this exhibition. This exhibition I visited in 2019. I can say it is a very worth exhibition for hospitality and hotels and restaurants. Due to Corona, this exhibition is not conducted past 2 years. In the last year 2019, I saw a lot of automated kitchen equipment. Vtech vegetable cutting machines, VTech onion cutting machine, automatic cooking equipment, big vessels, streamers, and utensils, also I saw a lot of coconut shredder machines and coconut processing equipment.. this year I expect robotic machinery and VTech onion peeler machines and automatic cooking vessels. So don’t miss to visit this exhibition.
